Lindsay grew up in Toronto, Canada where she lived until moving with her family to Western Kentucky in 2012. While in Western Kentucky, Lindsay attended Murray State University where she graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science. Lindsay then moved to the greater Cincinnati area to attend Northern Kentucky University’s Chase College of Law in 2016, where she later graduated in 2019 with honors.
While in law school, Lindsay clerked for a bankruptcy firm where she worked in the area of creditor’s rights, including foreclosures and bankruptcy. Lindsay subsequently clerked at Deters, Fichner & Williams where she worked on various criminal, civil, and family litigation matters. Lindsay then clerked for a Plaintiff’s injury law firm where she gained experience handling automobile/motor vehicle accidents, personal injury claims and premises liability. After that she had the opportunity to clerk for in-house counsel at Liberty Mutual Group where she gained experience in insurance defense involving automobile/motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and school board defense.
Upon graduating law school and passing the Kentucky Bar in 2019, Lindsay returned to Deters, Fichner & Williams to begin her legal practice in the areas of civil litigation, family law, estate planning and probate, and education law.
Outside of the office, Lindsay resides in Anderson Township, Ohio with her husband, Derrick and her two labs, Cooper and Deuce. She enjoys camping and spending her weekends at the lake.
